One Concept for the Entire Celebration

Jewish Tradition and International Party Music

Weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs bring together festive traditions, personal moments, and a joyful party. Michael Kaner & Band weaves these different moments into one shared musical concept for the whole celebration.

Ceremony & Jewish Tradition

  • Chuppah and reception
  • Musical accompaniment for the Bar/Bat Mitzvah ceremony
  • Traditional and Chassidic melodies
  • Yiddish songs
  • Israeli classics
  • Hora and Jewish dance music

Dinner & International Party

  • Musical accompaniment during dinner
  • Pop, soul, funk, disco, and dance
  • Live band, with a DJ available on request
  • Music for every generation
  • Party into the late night

Lineup, repertoire, and running order are all coordinated personally around your celebration, your guests, and your venue. That way, the Jewish identity of the celebration stays present at every moment — while the international party music brings every generation together on the dance floor afterward.

Band & DJ

Live Band and DJ – Seamlessly Combined

On request, a DJ joins the live band for the international party. Band and DJ are planned as part of one shared musical concept and coordinated with each other, creating smooth transitions without breaking the mood of the evening.

Possible combinations:

  • The live band covers the entire party
  • Band and DJ alternate
  • The DJ takes over after the live set

We'll discuss personally which combination suits your celebration best — based on guest count, venue, schedule, and musical preferences.

Glimpses

From the Ceremony to the Dance Floor

From the chuppah to the festively set hall to the dance floor. The musical concept is shaped just as individually for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other Jewish events.
